Services and proposals

Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities are confirmed only in a separate written proposal or agreement. A website enquiry or strategy call does not create an obligation for either party.

Results guarantee & refunds

Where a "90-day results guarantee" is referenced on this site, it applies only to qualifying engagements as defined in your signed service agreement. It is not a blanket promise on every purchase or every service. The specific milestones, what counts as "qualifying," and the remedy if those milestones aren't met (refund, credit, or continued work) are set out in that agreement before any payment is made, not on this website. No agency can guarantee a specific search ranking, sales figure, or exact business outcome, and DEVLIP does not claim to.

Requests for refunds outside a signed agreement's terms are reviewed case by case. Email info@devlip.com with your details.
