We guarantee a refund of our fees if we miss your agreed Scope of Work milestone. We do not guarantee marketplace outcomes that are outside human control.

1. Named Milestone in Writing:Before you pay or sign, your Scope of Work defines one explicit, measurable goal (e.g. store live + Core Web Vitals green + first completed order; or ACoS target met).
2. Direct Fee Refund:If that milestone is not hit within 90 days of launch (and mutual obligations were met), we refund our agency fees paid for that engagement.
3. You Keep All Assets:Whether we part on a refund or renewal, you keep 100% of your store, code, listings, and customer data. We never hold assets hostage.
