Do you sell POS hardware, or just set it up?
We handle selection, sourcing guidance, and full setup. Depending on your location, hardware is either purchased through your chosen POS provider or sourced separately. We'll tell you the fastest path during the assessment call.
Which POS platforms do you work with?
We configure and support major platforms including Square, Shopify POS, Clover, Toast, and Lightspeed. If you haven't picked one, we'll recommend the best fit for your business type and budget.
Can you sync POS with our online store?
Yes. Connecting in-store POS with Shopify or another e-commerce storefront so inventory and sales stay in sync is one of our most common requests. See our E-commerce and Shopify services for the online side.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location rollouts with centralized catalog, pricing, and real-time inventory sync are a core part of this service. Set up once, deployed consistently everywhere.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
You move onto a standing support retainer. Fast response times, monitoring, and hands-on help so a jammed printer or a failed update never turns into a closed register.
How fast can we start?
Most installs start within a week of the strategy call, once your hardware, platform, and location count are scoped.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. The POS hardware, software accounts, and catalog configuration are all yours. DEVLIP sets it up and can support it, but nothing is locked to us.
What are the contract terms?
Scope, hardware list, timeline, and terms get confirmed in writing before we order anything or touch a register. No surprises, no fine print. Qualifying engagements carry a 90-day results guarantee.
What does this cost?
DEVLIP runs three tiers built for scope, not a fixed price sheet: Launch, Scale, and Portfolio, each custom-quoted to your scope. Most single-location POS rollouts fit Launch, while multi-location or multi-platform builds usually move into Scale or Portfolio. See Pricing for the full breakdown, or book a free call for an exact number.
How do we pay you?
Bank transfer, wire, card through Stripe, or PayPal, for hardware, software, and support invoices alike. Whichever works best for you.
